The service abd location was excellent. Tge one big issue we had was tge steps as we were on the top floor and it was raining and being elderly the steps were very challenging. Everything else was very good

New property located just off the main road so it’s peaceful. Rooms are large with good bed and shower facilities. Nice breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is close to the center, supermarket and restaurants. The view from the hotel is lovely, you are in the heart of the jungle and the decor of the hotel is quite chic. They use concrete and dark colors making them blend into the jungle. The rooms are spacious, modern finishing and the bathroom is great with good pressure. There was no construction happening, despite seeing they were still doing some renovations. Breakfast is a wow, make sure you’re hungry. It’s to order but besides your eggs, you get a full on Sri Lankan experience with all the trimmings. Staff are friendly and helpful although many young men don’t speak English very well.

The hotel is in a great location within 5 minutes walk of the Main Street. It was comfortable enough and clean. The staff are all helpful and friendly.

Very kind, helpful and lovely staff! Good Sri Lankan breakfast with lots of Toast! We were happy the hotel was in a distance to the busy and loud main street in Ella.

Good stay. The top is 200 stairs climbing they don't have lift for this which was very painful. Breakfast was too good for vegetarians.

Ella Heritage offers stunning views and friendly, attentive staff that make you feel welcome. Despite some setbacks, the beautiful location and helpful staff still make it a decent choice for those visiting Ella.
