I recently stayed at this lovely place in Ella, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect for those looking to unwind amidst nature. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cool Mount Resort and it was an exceptional experience. Although the resort is a bit away from the center of Ella, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The location on a mountain top offers a serene and peaceful environment with stunning views that are simply breathtaking.The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy, but it's manageable and absolutely worth it once you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The food at the resort was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes.What truly made our stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our experience.Overall, Cool Mount Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Ella in a calm and quiet setting.
