In the middle of a tea plantation, the views are breath taking. Relaxing sounds of birds from your room. The restaurant is another level in terms of service and quality of food. Spend time by the pool enjoying the views for miles.

Looking over little Adam’s Peak and Ella rock this hotel has a spectacular setting. It’s near the zip line and 9arches bridge and pool club and you can walk to Little Adams Peak from the hotel. The rooms food service pool and spa are gorgeous. The welcome and leaving ceremonies are a lovely touch. One of the nice hotels we stayed in in Sri Lanka.

My stay at 98 Acres Resort & Spa was an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the stunning location—nestled among lush green tea plantations with breathtaking panoramic views of Ella’s rolling hills. The hospitality here is truly unmatched. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and always attentive, making sure every moment of my stay was perfect. What impressed me most was the respect and kindness shown to both guests and the staff, creating a truly welcoming and positive atmosphere. The food was a highlight—every dish was made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients, bringing out the authentic flavors of Sri Lanka. Whether it was breakfast with a view or a delicious dinner under the stars, each meal was a delightful experience. The infinity pool was pure perfection—offering a tranquil space to relax while overlooking the stunning landscape. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Little Adam’s Peak and the surrounding nature. Everything about this resort is thoughtfully designed, blending luxury with eco-conscious elements. The beautiful chalets, the attention to detail, and the peaceful surroundings make it an ideal place to reconnect with nature and rejuvenate. I can’t recommend 98 Acres Resort & Spa enough! If you’re looking for a serene, luxurious, and unforgettable retreat in Ella, this is the place to be. I will definitely be coming back!

The room and view was amazing. We stayed in the executive suite and will dream of that view and pool for a long time! Food in the restaurant was also amazing. The ritual when you arrive and leave was truly lovely. Close to Little Adam’s Peak and 9 arches bridge.
