The location and the personal attention of the staff. Ignore the negative review, this is an exceptional small hotel at incredible value for money. Probably the best breakfast I had in Sri Lanka.

Clean enough. Close to the train station, staff were lovely and made us a breakfast to take away as we were checking out early to make our train.

The staff were kind and friendly. The bathrooms didn’t have basic necessities such as toothbrushes. Sri Lankan breakfast was good. They have a mini pool table fr kids.

This was a very comfortable room on the hill behind the town centre. Great views. Great staff. Easy walk down to main street but definitely tuk tuk back up for less athletic older folk.

Excellent breakfast, staff very accommodating (did us an early breakfast as we were leaving early). Excellent location - close to town & the best restaurants. Lovely room with a balcony

friendly staff and amazing complimentary breakfast with a view of Ella greenery. Also fantastic location, maybe 3-4 mins walk from the main Ella town. Room and shower were clean and was perfect for out stay.

Comfortable room, good shower, nice breakfast on the rooftop which has a lovely view over the hills. Staff very helpful and attentive. Handy location near the station and the top of the strip.
