Amazing bespoke breakfast. Very clean room, facilities and building. Good quality Coffee, tea and biscuits in the room on arrival. Hosts are very friendly, talkative and attentive. Will definitely be back the next time im in elgin. An amazing 10/10 hotel very pleased with our stay.

Peter was very friendly and helpful and took our cases up and down stairs. I had a bad wrist, and Peter just took the cases to our very comfortable room. The room was immaculate. No problem when I asked for more tea bags. I would be delighted to recommend it to friends, I would certainly go again if I was in Elgin.

Peter was an excellent host. A really friendly chap who clearly loves his work. Cooked breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of cold options. The room was comfortable and warm. The house itself is spectacular!

The Gig house was a gem for our four night stay and the relaxed friendly atmosphere was very welcome and far better than with other stays. The hosts were outstanding and really made this an exceptional stay for us. Elgin and its surrounding beaches, scenic vistas, and attractions were the icing on the cake.

My brother and I stayed here for two nights whilst on a mini-break exploring whisky distilleries in Speyside. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, the room was very spacious and clean, and breakfast was cooked to perfection! Absolutely everything was as good as it could be and we will definitely be returning if we're in the area again. Would highly recommend!

jaw dropping moment when we saw the room. simply breathtaking. a large room with so much charm it blows your mind. the details were fantastic, the whole house is an example of how much focus on detail make a huge difference. breakfast was very good and we felt extremely welcome. we soon regretted to stay only for two nights. a fantastic place with a super friendly host!
