The Radisson blue hotel is overall a good hotel but: 1. No way to do a massage on the same day even though the hotel was almost empty. 2. I asked to have a Jacuzzi In the morning, they told me to come in the afternoon because it was out of order. I came in the afternoon and they told me that a team of people was doing it and I had to do it at 9 PM in the evening. 3. Basically every day I had to beg for the toilet paper...they put half roll already started... 4. We tasted all three restaurants and the time to wait for a dish is between 50 min to 1H...🫣, the only one is the buffet. Suggestion is to go to the buffet, super good quality, a lot of sweets, but be careful because it is the most expensive...around 1000 LE/person.

Beautiful property, lovely food and amazing staff. Everyone working in the hotel was lovely and very friendly, real 5* treatment ! Breakfast was especially good ! The hotel is located off centre so have to book a car with a hotel to get you to city centre, but the lovely staff there are very helpful and Mr Muhammad had organised us a car with them every day within minutes, at a really good price too! Big shout out to Emad who even shared a phone number with me to call when we wanted to get back. It was honestly great experience and would come back again !

Rooms - Very clean & spacious with Balcony. Smart TV helped me watch program of my choice because the channels are limited. Very comfortable bed & couch. Working table was just perfect. Housekeeping staff - One of the best staff in many hotels i visited Gym & Pool - It has all the equipment & pool is heated. Restaurent - Very good food. Hotel accomodated for my request & prepared special indian vegetarian dishes for me.

It was a lovely hotel but much further from the city than we thought. It was close to the airport though which was a bonus. The staff were all lovely.
