The room was really pretty with a gorgeous view and a bonfire at night. The staff has been amazingly helpful, cheerful and really professional! The ride to the hotel is a bit of an adventure, so make sure to pack light and as little as possible;)

The photos perfectly capture the room—it looks just as stunning in person. Waking up to that view in the morning is absolutely priceless. The staff is incredibly friendly, with exceptional service as their top priority. Anything you need or desire can be arranged effortlessly. They even offer jet skis, and from my quick research, their prices are among the best. If you’re a fan of such experiences, don’t hesitate to book!

What a great place to get away from it all. Check in at the front desk/restaurant and from that point on you don't have to leave your cabin unless you want to. Comfy bed, great views, privacy, and an all around relaxing experience. Room service is complementary, so you can have your meals delivered to your place. Loved it, and would repeat. In room massage was nice.

We chose this hotel to take a break from big city trips and to visit nearby Guatapé. This was the best stay of our entire trip in Colombia. The place is gorgeous with an amazing staff, and the food is exceptional. Enjoy the restaurant and room service as much as you can; the food is on another level. The whole experience was fantastic!
