Great location, right in the middle of the town center. It might get a little bit noisy due to the location, but we were warned and ready for that. Staff is very helpful, especially Carl from the reception helped us a lot as our ferry to Coron was cancelled due to weather conditions.

Gorgeous staff! After being delayed for over two hours, reception kept in contact via WhatsApp. Then, when we arrived, Carl checked us in and was super smiley and helpful. Bed is very comfortable and probably the best shower we had in the Philippines.

The location was amazing - central and right in the middle of El Nido. Convenient to walk around. The staff I must say are the highlight as they are super helpful and very friendly greeting everyone with a smile. The security guard was also super nice and very helpful with direction and allowing great service as you enter and exit the hotel.

Great staff. Staff are very helpful and informative. They go out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel organised pick up and drop lff to the airport which was unexpected. The room is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful roof top view. Location is in the heart of El nido and close to the beach and bars/resturaunts.

We arrived to spend a night in the heart of El Nido and we made the right choice! The staff was not only kind but also very efficient. The next day, they managed to organize a van to transport us to the resort where we ended our vacation. The bed was comfortable, and despite being in the very center, the rooms were quiet.

We had a perfect stay! I want to highlight Carl's and Eden’s kindness and excellent treatment since the Reception and during all stay. Unbeatable hosts! Also Tan from the transfer from and to airport, very kind and helpful giving us a lot of tips. Thank you and willing to come back soon!

perfect stay, the location was right near the beach/ 6 min walk from the port and 12 min walk from the bus terminal. staff were incredibly kind and decorated the room for my birthday, and gave us heaps of suggestions for beach’s/ tours.
