Really helpful and attentive staff who were always happy to help. We loved that this was not directly in El Nido town so it was a lot quieter; you could walk in 10 mins to the town or there is a free tuktuk available all the time which was a great benefit. There are 3 pools and the highlight really is the restaurant - served the best food we had during our 3 week trip! In the afternoon there is a complimentary afternoon tea set up with free homemade cakes, followed by happy hour.

Amazing panorama, mirrored doors show the landscape everywhere. 3 pools, fantastic green surroundings, nice staff, Transportation to the city center is provided by the hotel's own tuk-tuk, or barfoot 15 minute. The black cat was funny.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s so peaceful, always sun-loungers available by the pool, of which there are three, I didn't even realise it had multiple pools until we arrived. The room was lovely, nice and clean and had everything you needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, as were the drinks, the Bananacolada was particularly yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free tuk tuk service to and from town which makes it quick and easy to get to the town centre. The hotel had its Christmas party while we were there and they invited all of the hotel guests too, it was a heartwarming occasion, would 100% go back to this hotel, it’s beautiful :)

Great staff, directly at the beach, 3 pools, awesome massages at the spa, nice rooms, free tuktuk transport to town 24/7…
