The fine print
A deposit of 1000 MAD per room per night is required during Check-In to guarantee any additional costs (Minibar, laundry etc...).
Payments by bank checks are not accepted.Booking preferences (floor, connecting rooms etc…) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability during check-in.
Guests are asked to submit their personal ID or passport upon arrival.Guests of Muslim faith and travelling as a couple will be asked to submit their marriage certificate upon arrival.
For minors traveling unaccompanied by their parents, a parental authorization duly completed and signed is required to proceed to check-in.
Possibility of rehousing if the situation requires.For your own safety & comfort, it is prohibited to use the following items in the Hotel lobby and restaurants: Balls, Bikes, Scooters, Roller skates, Skateboards and Hoverboards.Guests are not allowed to bring the following items to the hotel: Hookah, Food, Electric stove and Speakers.

It is strictly forbidden to reserve deckchairs.The hotel offers a babysitting service. Hence, it is strictly forbidden to use the external babysitting service if the personal babysitter is not a hotel resident.
Pets are not allowed in the resort January 1st 2023 onwards.As of January 1st,2023, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort will no longer have a baby club service for children aged 3 months to 3 years old.
Guests will be able to bring their own babysitter if they wish, subject to booking a room. External babysitters will not be accepted or allowed to access the Resort if they are not residents.The babysitting service is still available at the kids club for a fee and is provided by our skilled staff
Access to the kids club access has been revised to 3 years old instead of 4 years old.
Access to the kids’ clubs is strictly subject to prior reservation upon availability.The Kid's Pool will be closed from December 2, 2024 to March 31, 2025. However, the Grand Riad pool will remain open and accessible during this period. Thank you for your understanding.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything was great, clean with fantastic facilities. Great choice of food at breakfast. Great choice of restaurants. Golf course was in superb condition. The spa & gym are great👍 All the staff were exceptional, so very helpful & accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

My family and I consider Mazagan our ideal retreat to escape from daily life, responsibilities, and work. With my aunts visiting from the United States, we wanted to share our special place with them, so we brought them to Mazagan on November 8th. Overall, the service in the restaurant, hallways, and beach area was outstanding. However, my main concern lies with the front desk, as they were unable to provide a satisfactory solution to my problem. We had reserved three rooms, and I was sharing mine with my sister. After a busy day, we looked forward to a restful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the guests in the neighboring room were extremely disruptive, hosting a loud party with constant screaming, laughter, and music. By 2 a.m., I still couldn’t relax or sleep, and the smoke from their cigarettes was seeping into our room, which was particularly distressing for me as I have asthma. The following morning, I explained the situation in full to the front desk. However, the only compensation they offered was a late checkout, which felt inadequate. They made no additional effort to retain us as valued guests, despite the fact that we have a history of returning to Mazagan multiple times. This experience left me disappointed and frustrated. I’m genuinely reconsidering whether to return in the future, given the poor service we received from the front desk.

The staff were very helpful. We have a strict jain vegan dietary requirement - Nabil the resturant managers liased with chef to cater for us for all 4 days. Abdelmajid in the cycling and walking activity was very helpful and made our experience enjoyable.

comfort and less crowd. Restaurants and food were amazing , especially the Italian bakery in the lobby. There were no hunting and day long capturing for relaxing chair at the beach and beside pool. they were available all the time. I will visit Morocco again because of this hotel.

I love the staff specifically. Always smiling and ready to help. I also love how tidy and organized the place was. Such a hugeee property but super organized and everything is put in place to make you comfortable. I also loved the fact that you can stay back and enjoy the facilities in the property even after you check out of the hotel. I.e you still have access to the beach, the pool, golf course, restaurant, etc. i totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely be going back.
