Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is thru Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The hotel looks very impressive when arriving with the boat from Cartagena. The pier and the boardwalk could be the scene for a classical Caribbean postcard. The kitchen and bar staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was always on time.

Mucura Club was an all round brilliant stay and such good value for money. The staff we so accommodating and couldn’t do more for you. Happy hour had a big range of cocktails and activities to do on side and off site. A very chilled vibe and we really enjoyed our time on the little beach 🏝️ Daniel was brilliant and have us an excellent introduction and was always on hand via WhatsApp if we needed anything. They have little kayaks you can take out around the island and the bioluminescent plankton tour which was great.

The staff has been incredibly nice and helpful, we had some issues with the room which was solved right away from very welcoming staff members. The grounds where the place is are beautiful, although they were fixing a few problems of the place while we were there, and you could find loose nails and scrap bits all over the place. VERY IMPORTANT to notice that the level between the budget rooms and the higher end ones is HUGE. The rooms in the front of the resort are very cute and themed nicely. At the back you have the backpackers building where everything is VERY basic. Choose wisely your room.
