Great location to visit the town (El Castell de Guadalest) and the surronding areas. Irene is a wonderful host and the apartments are in great condition. For those who would like to cook in the apartment, remember to buy salt/pepper and (olive) oil. There is a shop in the old town called "Miel" https://apicolaperez.com/ where you can buy olive oil of the region and honey produced by them. Irene has an exquisite taste in decorating the appartments and has a shop on the ground floor of the appartments called "Olcina Design" (check out her Instagram account "olcinadesign"). I highly recommend to visit her shop. She has beautiful items for home and jewelry.

The host was so friendly and accommodating. Even went out her way to book us a table for dinner at the restaurant across the road. Simple but beautiful apartment very tastefully decorated. Everything you should need to accommodate a pleasant stay. Lovely comfy bed & great powerful hot shower. Very clean, my standards of clean, which I'm fussy. The location is perfect. Take note that our apartment only had use of the communal balcony, which we were happy with. This was a spectacular area to relax and soak up the beautiful view.
