All was perfect! The location, the staff, the view, very cozy and comfortable ! A very nice place to stay in El Calafate. I came to El Calafate several times and really this is a very nice property!

Check-in staff Gustov was exceptional. Very polite and helpful. He provided us with useful local information. We arrived late and needed a warm drink. Gustov helped with warm milk for our Tea.
