Only stayed for one night before my flight to Buenos Aires. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, in walking distance of the main street of El Calafate. The hotel offers parking spots (although you can easily find street parking around). The room and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom was spacious. There is a restaurant on site (didn't have time for breakfast or dinner) and they also offer currency exchange services.

Great location just up from the high street. We only had one night here before heading to the airport. Cosy room, great shower, great breakfast. The airport shuttle bus picked us up from the hotel, so easy all round. Staff were v helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms outdated and very small, a lot smaller than the pictures show. Bathroom not functional and old. Overall impression good, staff very helpful and attentive. When you travel to Patagonia you have to be ready to lower your standards comparing to Europe or US, unfortunetely without lowering the prices for hotel services

Convenient location and easy access to town. Good to have a desk in room to use computer. Breakfast buffet was great. Car parking right out the front!
