I was kind of suspicious to stay in a hostel, ok in a room with bathroom, but I was absolutely surprise to found how amazing is this place. It has very strict policy about noise and everything that guests kept. It is super clean and perfect maintained. Location is perfect, in a striking distance of the downtown and less to the bus station. But the greatest advantage Folk hostel has is Faustina. She provided me in advance so much useful information for the place, the tours we can have. She booked two daily tours for us and we were so happy with the tours guides and tours themselves. Thank you so much Faustina for making our stay in El Calafate so memorable!!!

Staff were friendly and extra helpful in giving advice and helping us book things. Some of the best hostel staff I have encountered in South America. Also potentially the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed at in South America, comfy beds, nice bathrooms.

Kitchen and lounge/breakfast area was nice. Nice to have breakfast included! Bring ear plugs as the walls are thin. Close to the bus terminal and easy walk into town and to supermarket down the hill. Just what I needed. Though the beds weee a little hard! Thank you

Very modern and clean hostel with a nice communal area. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough, with storage options. The kitchen is big so that more people can cook at the same time. Bathrooms were clean and with a lot of showers and toilets.The staff was helpful and the location is good to go to the bus terminal but also to get to the center. The vibe was very chill and quiet and I enjoyed my stay!

Spacious shared room, with big enough lockers. Comfortable beds with individual socket and light. Big showers with plenty of hot water. Very nice communal area to hang out and meet new people. Everything tidy and clean. Friendly staff.

It is a nice and clean hostel. The rooms are spacious, even though there are 8 beds. There is a big kitchen where you can prepare your meal. Good breakfast every morning. The hostel is in a great location, 5 minutes from the bus station.

The breakfast was an amazing buffet! There were cereals, toast with dulce de leche or jam, cakes, fruits, and tea and coffee. Nice staff. 5 minute walk from the bus terminal
