The host at this property is very friendly and helpful - he was there for all our questions and happy to store our bags after check out. The self check in is super easy - very clear instructions. The property is at one end of the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Easy walking distance to everything (except the bus station which is a taxi ride away).

The Apart 1 - I recommend it - at first floor is very bright, big and comfortable. Actually is in the main el calafate road, close to everything you can need. Santiago is a host very kind, supportive and eager to provide auggestions and help since the first contact on WhatsApp. A person that I appreciate a lot.

The apartments are immaculate, spacious and very well equipped. We didn’t eat in but the kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Santiago was extremely helpful and obviously cares - from helping with taxis or places to eat to the small details in the apartment like beautiful picture books of the national parks.

Santiago was waiting för us upon arrival, and he really took his time to explain the apartment to us, as well as recommending the activities that we as first-timers in El Calafate could do. He even arranged laundry service for us, which was greatly appreciated. Sebastian AI Laundry Club picked the laundry up in the evening of our arrival, and we found the clean laundry back, neatly folded, the next day! The kitchen was equipped with the most amazing indoor barbecue. I've never seen anything like it before, and it worked amazingly well! The location was perfect, in the centre of El Calafate, so we could easily move around on foot. Thank you, Santiago, for having us in your apartment and for your kindness! Thank you also, Sebastian AI Laundry Club for the help with the laundry!!

Hotel manager Santiago is very nice and warm person. The location is good, close to many restaurants, supermarkets within 15minutes.

Santiago reached out to us days before arriving. He gave us all the necessary information about how to reach him or his brother. Everything we needed to know how to enter the apartment. He also added additional information what to do in Califate and recommendations. A lot of little thinks are very well thought through. To connect to the internet, he provided a QR code so that the connection can be established with an easy click. These QR codes are even outside for travelers who arrive without access to the internet. We have met Santiago the next day and he gave us lots of recommendations what to do and ideas where to go. He was always reachable through WhatsApp and helped us a lot.
