I had a wonderful stay at HSM Reina del Mar. I was particularly impressed with the diverse dining options and the warm hospitality of the staff. The wide range of food choices exceeded my expectations and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The room with a pool view provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I was also pleased with the high level of cleanliness in my room. The location of the hotel in El Arenal is a good starting point for exploring the island.

brakfast full of everything and very good. We stay on 9floor with view oposite from sea but was ok. Room was ok and beathroom with all need. Diner very good and the price for drink are ok. (recomandation = san mique beer)

The staff were all excellent - friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great spot. Located close to a Mercadona, a good Spar, a pharmacist, and various places to eat (and if you have kids, there are a number of playparks close by). On Thursday there is a large market that begins almost outside the main entrance. The hotel is also a short walk to the bus stop for the airport, and the beach is a short walk down the hill. There are four large lounge areas inside, plus a large outdoor terrace (in addition to the pool area). Wifi was free and good signal in all areas.

Dinner was excellent, plenty of choices, tasty food. The staff is all very friendly, the beds very comfortable and it's just 5min walking to the beach.

It was easy to get in and out of the hotel, the rooms were a good size and bathroom was nice and clean the bar area was also nice and kept clean including the room that had the table tennis.
