“Restful and not disappointing but could have been better.”

The resort was excellent, as were the staff and facilities. The resort fell short on the variety and quality of the food. The other let down is that there was very limited sporting and other children’s activities. The beach is unnecessarily being littered more effort needs to be made on enforcing anti-litter sustainability policy. A pristine beach is being spoiled by people not caring for this treasure.

Location was decent but it was hard to get to and a little deserted for my liking. Would have liked it more if it was closer to alamein or other amenities outside the hotel. Mahmoud and Abdu from the hotel limousine/taxi were fantastic and made the stay worth it.

Staying at the hotel was truly enjoyable. Upon check-in, there was an issue regarding the room rate that initially caused some concern and could have led to disappointment. However, Mr. Mustafa Gamal promptly intervened and resolved the issue with a solution that left us completely satisfied as customers. His ability to handle misunderstandings and confusion efficiently was impressive. Without his intervention, our experience might have been less positive. Overall, We had a wonderful experience; the staff was nice and respectful, the food was wonderful, and all other services were excellent!
