The hotel has such potential, as it is truly beautiful. The beach is what I expected to see of the north coast and the pool is large and great to swim in. The staff are wonderful and accommodating, especially the housekeeping team who did an amazing job with cleaning and anticipating our needs. The kitchen chefs, who made delicious food and really showed so much care towards our requests and the pool guys who were spot on everyday with their service. Special mention for the entertainment staff member who also catered to our needs while we’re there.

Everything was exceptional, from the front office staff to the DJ. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with most offering views of the pool and beach. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. I would like to extend my special thanks to the front office team, starting with the Manager, Mr. Mohamed Kamal, as well as Mohamed Samy and Ahmed Mohamed. Additionally, the DJ, Hasan Saleh, provided a fantastic playlist that all guests enjoyed. Wael from housekeeping was always available and attentive to my needs. Finally, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the General Manager, Mr. Hosam Zahran, for his kindness and exceptional hospitality.

My stay was awesome. The staff are very friendly especially Mr. Mohammed Kamal, Soliman, Kyrollos and so is everyone honestly :) Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean. The furniture is new and in perfect condition! I would definitely go back and I already recommended it to my family and friends :)👌🏻👌🏻

Everything starting from the welcome drink I received upon my arrival , till the check out memento.. everyone was so kind , professional .. room was outstanding for me.. beach like a crystal and clean ..
