The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 20:00. Please note that as decided by the government, only people who have a green passport / have healed from COVID-19 will be able to stay at hotels. Children will only be able to join their parents by showing a negative test result taken 48 hours prior to their arrival to the hotel. The business lounge is closed on Yom Kippur. In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health regarding Covid19, adults and children over 3 years old are required to present one of the following certificates: Certificate of recovery / certificate of vaccination / Results of a negative corona test performed by 72 hours before the time of accommodation or alternatively a quick test performed within 24 hours before the time of accommodation. Children up to the age of 3 - are not required to present certificates.On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday endsWhen booking more than 5 rooms, different policies will apply.

The hotel situated on the first row and has great service ! אילנה gave us nice room on the top floor , the 12-floor is silent floor - without children, for rest for us was perfect … the manager was very polite and invited us to dinner that was free of charge. Planning to stay again with children on next visit Ps Breakfast perfect :-)

The personal was very client oriented and ready to help at any moment with anything. Special thank you for the help to reception workers Elana and Sergey. They have really helped us out during our entire trip! The meals have been wonderful and very good wellness options, as well as service, at their spa.

Location is great -- all the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The pool area is very pleasant and there's direct access to the beach without having to cross any roads. The rooms and all the facilities were very clean and the staff were pleasant and very friendly. The food was excellent. It was a much better stay than I expected.

Excellent location next to the beach, nice comfortable room with stunning view to the Dead sea. Amazing sunrise from the balcony. Good breakfast. Personalised care from the hotel staff. We got free of charge room upgrade and fruits & wine to the room.

The food is perfect, they put a nice cake and a happy birthday card at our room because it was my husband's birthday, that was really so nice of them, the staff is very kind, the pool is very big, and the hotel is directly on the dead sea, also the mall is two minutes by leg, no need for a car, This is the fourth hotel I try at the dead sea, and till know it was the best, I'll definetly come back again.

The location of the hotel is superb - few meters out of the gate and you are in the water. The beach was clean with lot of shaded area and chair and sweet water to shower. We chose the half-board option which allowed us not to leave the hotel at all. The food was great. The outdoor pool is large.

Great service, gave us dinner coupons, chef made us vegan meals on request, great location, pool area was really nice, free parking at the mall on the roof of their car park is full

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on its private beach of the Dead Sea and near a bus stop. The common areas were spacious and well decorated, the spa was very pleasant, the room and bathroom were large and comfortable. I was upgraded for free to a room with a terrace with a beautiful view of the Dead Sea and the mountains of Jordan, and got a complimentary dinner in the buffet for the first night. The food was delicious and plentiful, both for dinner and for breakfast. All the staff members I got in contact with were professional, polite and kind.

Fantastic staff. I was travelling with my 85 years old father we got access to the room 2 h before checking. Also we got free dinner at hotel’ restaurant and compliment from booking.com - drink in bar

everything was very good the staff were very welcoming, they even upgraded my room to the quiet floor, that includes free access to the business lounge, the pool and private beach are awesome, the lobbies are high class..
