The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The Moav floor can only be booked by adults. Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00. Please note, the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

Pretty good breakfast and dinner, quite a variety but no really "fancy" food ( not even salmon) Spa treatments excellent, that was the highlight of my staying at Nevo

We had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a great, beautiful location, and the pool area is really nice. Entry to the spa is free, and it features a sauna and a heated pool with water from the Dead Sea. We also treated ourselves to a massage, which was excellent, though a bit pricey. The food in the dining room is varied and delicious, on par with good restaurants. Since I’m gluten-sensitive, the chef came out to show me what I could eat, and there was a pretty good selection, from gluten free bread, vegetables pie, to cheesecake and chocolate fondant. He even offered to make gluten-free pancakes and pizza for me. We did have a small issue when we noticed we were charged more than what the amount stated in our Booking reservation. However, the staff quickly addressed it and kindly compensated us with a free dinner and glasses of wine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Great location, beautiful pool and spa area. The buffet breakfast and dinners were amazing. My son is vegan and the chef personally came to talk to him and even created a special dessert plate for him.
