The staff were very friendly and approachable.Mohamad helps us to fix small problems in the room.the manager of the hotel let us stay in the room where we felt comfortable and the food was so healthy and delicious ,the kitchen staff were so kind.And lastly it was near from the shopping mall,tayelet,restaurants,beaches.

These are of course troubled times for Eilat tourism so not many people were at the hotel.. The hotel is really nice, the staff are kind, the hotel is sparkling clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. I plan to stay there again in the future.

We would like to express our deep appreciation to Mrs. Mati from the reception. Mrs. Mati referred to us And for other guests who touched us with great courtesy and a particularly warm and impressive attitude, she responded positively to every request and made a special effort to make us satisfied. The pleasant atmosphere in the hotel and the level of cleanliness in the room made our stay at the hotel enjoyable and inviting. Thanks again for the extra effort Mrs. Mati put in to make sure our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. Cheers! We highly recommend this hotel And I'm sure I'll cycle again. The Breakfast was fabulous and the service for the room and the location was perfect near the beach and the mall and all the taxi service was close
