Really huge hostel. Rooms are very clean. Nice shower and toilet. Common room, lounge around the bar is exceptional. Breakfast was ok, simple, basic, but enough.

It has been one of my favourite hostels.. First it was close to the bus station and easy to find with its characteristic exterior. I loved the art work inside with mini pep talks. Staff were great for the most part, thumbs up to new member Ezzie with whom I had some enlightening conversations. The kitchen was great. Breakfast was delightful with heaps of choices, the cook even gave me some raw eggs to make pancakes for lunch. The dorms were great, a good size, clean, a locker under the beds and an amazing view of the city, Jordanian Highlands and Al'Aqabah from the little balcony.

The room was big and i loved the littke garden with cosy garden furniture. The decor of the hole hotel is vibrant and fun. Lots of games for kuds. Grate pool and deck chairs. Basic but good breakfast. Amazibg friendly staff with great activities for kids. We had a great time!

1. Communication: Extremely helpful staff. Whatsapp & emails quick responding, English spoken very well. Informative website and IG. 24h desk open. 2. Location: next to restaurants. 20mins walk to the beach. Bus stations close by. 6mins drive to Jordanian border (by taxi). Free street parking. 3. Wi-Fi: fast, everywhere. 4. Bathroom: very clean bathroom, towels provided and changed when necessary for free. 5. Kitchen: didn’t use kitchen facilities but available, massive kitchen! coffee and tea for free, water stations everywhere. 6. Bedroom: dorm of 6, bed already made for you. comfortable mattress, AC in the bedroom. Safe and secure. 7. Shared Area: 10/10. BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN FOR A HOSTEL. New rooftop, very clean swimming pool (10-5pm). Massive communal area. Beautiful, artistic design. 2 bars available. Lots of activities within the hostel. 8. Meals: traditional Middle Eastern breakfast (included in price) Lunch- all you can eat. Very healthy, filling, delicious. 9. Accessibility: multiple lifts available, disabled access everywhere 10. Price: £35 11. Overall impression: AMAZING hostel. Everything about it is beautiful.

i like the hospitality the grew were great everything you wanted they gave us even in the last day if you want to take a shower or thouse the food was good enough and everything was clean

Good public space such as the pool, breakfast area, and the gigantic mechanical metal ray hanging from the ceiling that automatically made swimming movements at every hour. Staff were very friendly and any request was addressed immediately.
