We needed a last minute switch of hotels and this one came up they were very accommodating since we had arrived at least 8 hours before check in, they held our bags so we didn't have to drive around town with our luggage. It was easy, and quick and easy check in. Food was great in the mornings and we were situated really close to an exit which also was very nice.

I liked the location. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The staff were very pleasant. Our room was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good. So much to choose from - hot or cold. The location is also great. Close to everything including West Edmonton Mall.

It's a pleasure staying in the hotel with quality. The only weakness was not drinking water provided in the room.

We arrived at the hotel late night from a road trip with my family. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good.
