Amazing hotel, clean, perfect location, helpful staff and room had every you could need with plenty of space and decorated nicely. We had such a pleasant stay with no complaints, we would definitely recommend a stay with Yotel Edinburgh!!

Hotel is located in the new town part of town. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Walkable distance to the centre. Scenic walk.

Why these self-check-in panels when someone (a person) has to explain everything anyway? This is a forced arrangement. Is it such a problem to have an employee at the reception desk do the check-in? The breakfast is definitely not worth the price, tasteless, no scone instead of a croissant (is this Scotland or France?), the employee is unfriendly... The room is small, nice, quiet and dark, the bed and pillow are hard and comfortable, I like that, the shower and toilet are ill-considered, problematic... I also didn't like that I had to go down to the reception in my pajamas to make myself morning coffee or tea.

It was a great place to stay. Lovely staff and the place itself. The only annoying thing was the shower door which was difficult to close, but it is a very minor issue and might be related only to my room. Also, I could hear people from another room, next to mine, so if you are sensitive to this kind of stuff or noisy yourself I would suggest clarifying it with the staff before booking, maybe they could choose the room, that will be more isolated. The rest is great. Had a hair conditioner there, which is very useful and quite often is missing in some hotels. Would be happy to come back eventually.

Clean modern hotel ideal for a one night stay ,I miss the comfort of chair and desk and coffee machine ,bed very comfortable,would stay again for the price we paid
