Very cool decor, beautifully presented with thoughtful touches. The lighting was lovely, a d the bed was super comfortable. Good range of items in the designer fridge and snack bar.

Such a beautiful charming yet a modern hotel situated on Victoria street. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the concierge who kindly took our baggage’s up to our room whilst we parked our car. Our room was on the ground floor, and our room was very cosy, homely, modern and spacious. Our bedroom led out to the patio which felt private and intimate. The facilities such as the bathroom and dressing area were very aesthetically pleasing yet practical. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave the room! We were in the heart of Edinburgh with restaurants and cafes all within a walking distance. Overall very pleased with the hotel and definitely would stay here again.

Lovely property perfectly designed and located 7 minutes walking distance from Edinburgh Castle Rooms are comfortable and spacious, staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and I loved the decor. Good value for money
