Everything ok. Clean, great location. Helpful owner. Affordable. I regret that was my first and probably last visit in Edinburgh, but I would recommend it highly.

The apartment was gorgeous and just a 5-minute walk from Princes Street Gardens, with plenty of fantastic food spots nearby. Located on a quiet street, it was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful touches like towels, slippers, snacks in the kitchen, and cold water in the fridge - so much attention to detail! I’d definitely choose this over a hotel any day. Steven was great - he ensured we were set up for our stay and gave us peace of mind knowing we could reach out if we needed anything.

The quick replies when I asked something including in the weekend or morning, that he was waiting for me when I arrived, and that he gave me a quick tour through the appartement. Superb service. Recommended.

Everything was as described. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. Steven was extremely helpful. He tracked our flight and was at the apartment waiting for us before our arrival. The check in was smooth, no issues at all. He was also very kind, and allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment as we had a late evening flight with no extra payment. The location was ideal for our needs. Seriously, we have nothing to complain about, it's one of the best stays we ever had. Thank you Steven.

Location is very good. I had to attend a conference at the EICC and it was just few minutes walk. Equally, near to restaurants and a small sainsbury, as well as near to public transport including transport to airport. Few minutes away was the castle and grass Market etc.. The apartment is in the ground floor, has a bathroom with tub and shower as you enter the front door and then a small corridor to living room, kitchenette on the left and bedroom on the right with an excellent mattress and lots of room in the wardrobe. It was very quiet and I slept very well. The appartement looked clean and had all amenities (kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a coffee maker, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge etc.. we didn't use many of these but it was nice to have the option). We had also dishwasher, a new sponge, hand was and shampoo and body wash available if needed. And Steven was very kind to allow me to leave the luggage earlier then check in and replied promptly to some questions I had..

Apartment is in a fantastic location close to city centre, really quiet location, it was furnished with everything necessary for a family to have an enjoyable stay in the city. Clean, bed was really comfortable, kitchen was furnished with everything to prepare meals easily, and also some toys for the kid.

A really nice little flat in a lovely location. You can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It's a nice place to spend a few days and has all the necessary amenities.

Everything was perfect: location in the city centre, so close to everything, clean and warm apartment, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer. Very good and helpful communication with Steven from start to finish. I highly recommend it.
