Can't fault anything here...15 minute easy walk from Waverley Train station. Clean, spacious room in a very secure premises. Added bonus was the full kitchen. In a perfect location, five minute stroll to the Royal Mile....thankyou for a great stay in Edinburgh...

Is acceptable to spend a couple of days in Edinburgh, is simple and functional, no luxuries, but is ok according to the price.

Honestly we were fairly happy with everything being a family of six… loved the kitchen sitting area. TV did not work but not a huge deal. We loved the location and open courtyard and pool tables.

Convenient location close to city center. Would need more spacious bed for two people but all in all can't complain. Very good for a budget staying and especially during the month of August

The location was excellent for the Fringe, in a quiet area but within walking distance of a lot of venues. The facilities in the room were good. The shower was hot and powerful.
