Great location with car parking, easy access to buses to get straight to the middle of old Edinburgh town. Shared facilities were clean.

The breakfast was very good and so was the location. The receptionist was very helpful. So were the owners of the property.

I made a relatively late booking and most accommodation was far too expensive This property was only 15 minutes by bus to Waverley Station and was a good price relative to other hotels.

I'd read some poor reviews, so I was a little anxious about the place. However, it provided everything I needed for a short solo visit, and the bed was very comfortable.
