Location and free parking for guests. Although I have been sent a parking fine For £100 from Euro car parks who manage their car parking even after validating at reception with my registration. Not good spoilt the visit now.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay - the room was big enough, warm & cozy, the bed was really comfy & warm, good shower, in the bathroom there was a hot towel rail which means you can nicely dry your towels after having a shower. There was a choice of continental or cooked breakfast, I chose cooked & it was a very wide selection of different traditional local breakfast choices like bacon, sausages, fried eggs, beans in tomatoe sauce, fried mushrooms, black pudding, potatoe scones, yorkshire pudding, haggis and more options. And of course tea, coffee & juice. Every day my room was cleaned & tidied. And people who work there are just magical - very friendly, helpful & always with a genuine smile on their faces. So I say a huge THANK YOU for my amazing 9 day stay, I totally recommend this place to others & I'll sure be back! :)

It’s very cosy and in a great location. Lovely and clean! I really liked the safety of having 2 key fob points before you get to the room corridor really gave me peace of mind. The bus stop being right outside is brilliant. I also really loved the rainfall shower that was a nice touch.

The family room was excellent, plenty room for three people. The double room was also sufficiently spacious, was pleased with shelf space in bathroom which had a bath ( a lot of hotels have shower only ). Delicious food from carvery and breakfast. Bus stop practically by the front door for city centre and return bus stop just yards from Tobys
