The room was beautiful, warm, and cosy, set in a charming old Victorian house full of character. It was also spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to the Castle and Old Town, yet tucked away in a peaceful area. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to have access to the garden. Shops, cafes, and other amenities are all within a short walking distance, making everything super convenient. The stay was also great value for money, especially considering the comfort and charm of the place. To top it all off, the owner was very accommodating and allowed me a late checkout, which made my departure much smoother.

It was a clean comfortable room for a one night stay in Edinburgh. We were there for a band playing at the Usher Hall and it was near to get too. The next day we went the weatherspoons next to Usher Hall for breakfast.

it was on the ground floor, 20 minutes walking to the castle, a lot of stores and places to eat and drink close by

Room was large and clean with all key amenities including towels, hair dryer, tea/coffee provided. Communication from team was fast. Nothing I can fault. Parking outside was free as it was the weekend which was good.

All the neccessities where available. A big house with several appartments. Welcoming by the host who brought our luggage to the first floor; The street was quiet and not too far from the centre and easy reachable by the bus in the street. The bathroom was good. There was no breakfast

This is a nice and small place to stay, location is good with buses and restaurants locally. We found it to be warm in the winter inside. It's downhill from a lot of the attractions.
