You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests arriving outside the check-in times must request this at the time of making the booking as it cannot be guaranteed.Guests who miss the selected check in time must supply a new one, which is at least 2 hours notice and is subject to approval by property owner.For same day bookings, please allow a minimum of 2 hours in advance of your arrival time, subject to approval by property owner.There is a strict no smoking policy at the property with a fine of GBP 250 in case of smoking.Children cannot be accommodated at the property, and additional guests are not permitted. If you violate these rules, you will be asked to leave without a refund and or charged per additional person.There is a late check-in fee of GBP 80.If you take the parking permit, you will be fined GBP 250.Guests must be ages 21 years or over.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Quiet area near commonwealth pool. Nice walk down to town. Everything you need in the kitchen. Heated up quickly so nice and warm. Furnished nicely. Enjoyed our stay.

An excellent quiet apartment within 20 minutes walk from the centre of Edinburgh. Very clean and tidy with everything required for a short stay. Great price for central Edinburgh. Great communication from the host and easy to pick up the keys, only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Spacious flat in a quiet location. Free coffee from Laundry Cafe was an added bonus. The hosts were very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout which was much appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, close to all amenities. The owner Graham was lovely. Has parking right outside, hairdryer and iron etc. Great decor. The chocolate biscuits were a lovely touch. I will certainly be back.
