Welcoming. Open fire in reception was cosy. All staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room and bathroom lovely. Bed very comfortable.

Excellent location, right next to the tram and not far from the national gallery and a lot of great pubs and restaurants. The bed was also extremely comfortable, sockets right next to the bed too. Good heating the room was always very warm. Mirror and sink in bathroom were nice and big and the light in the bathroom was great.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was an easy walk from the attractions of both the Old and New Towns.

Great location, lovely comfortable bed, nice reception/bar area with cosy fireplace and gorgeous old lift fittings restored as a feature.
