An excellent location for accessing both the city and local amenities. Accommodation was beautiful, a clean, well equipped and very comfortable room. The shower was especially good. Staff were helpful and very welcoming.

The room was amazing. Staff are really nice too. Good location in Morningside. Beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend to nip into the Canny man's for a drink and a meal. Food magic. Can't fault this place and will definitely be back.

Well equipped garden ground floor room with comfortable beds, large shower and easy access to local facilities including several bus routes into city centre. Excellent freshly cooked breakfasts in the Canny Mans and also a free drink when ordering a meal there the first night of a stay

The room was great, clean and quiet. You had what you needed facilities wise - tea/coffees, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a good shower. It's right next to the best pub in Edinburgh too, the Canny Man. We didn't eat there, but we did have a drink before going out and it's got a lovely atmosphere.

Room was lovely, clean , warm & comfortable. It was also spotless. Clipper tea & coffee, borders biscuits, water & iron brew provided & much appreciated. Lovely toiletries also provided in the well appointed large bathroom. We ate in The Canny Man next door & received a complimentary drink with our meal which was great too. Definitely recommend. Location was close to family & within easy travelling distance on bus from city centre.

Beautiful room and bathroom with amazing decor and quite spacious too with a lovely garden view letting the beautiful sunshine into the room! Hosts were brilliant from Sean who helped check us in and helped with luggage too! And housekeeper was wonderful too! Nothing was too much trouble, so very helpful! Would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody! Fantastic place and very central for our needs too! Fantastic!

Lovely hotel. Newly decorated fresh room, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean . The pub has very interesting decor.and a wide range of spirits and beer. Situated in a busy area with lots of small shops, cafes and restaurants.

Loved the room and location. Short bus ride or lovely walk into Edinburgh. Welcome drink was a fabulous touch! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was great too.
