The location, room size, reception, and security are excellent. The elevator is a great convenience, and the coffee machine on the main floor was a fantastic bonus. The complimentary tea box was a very pleasant surprise

Cannot fault the staff, they were all so helpful, we were missing towels and received them within a few minutes, they took our Shopping to our Apt. and put it all away for us.

Great location, the apartment was as described and we arrived to milk in the fridge, an array of tea and coffee as well as complimentary bathroom and washing products. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The apartment was serviced every day. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is situated in a great location. We were able to reach many attractions and restaurants on foot. The place itself was clean, comfortable and cozy - perfect for a stay with kids. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
