Good location within walking distance of the tram into the city. Plenty of space for our party of 5. Many nice restaurants in vicinity too.

Met by a lovely man who showed us around the house. The accommodation has three large double bedroom and three bathroom so is ideal for three couples and is very spacious. It's not too far from the tram stop and a short taxi ride either into the City or to Portobello if you prefer a private transfer. the property exceeded our expectations and we would use it again. There were a few shops and cafe's nearby as well which we visited.

Nice house with large living room and kitchen. Close to tram, 20 min to city centre. Local area with pubs and good restaurants. Good contact with owner.

The apartment was as described and very comfortable. Our family of 5 adults stayed for a week and all enjoyed the stay. The local tram line opened during our stay and this made travel to the city, fish markets and airport very easy. This made the location even better. The heating was greatly appreciated and very efficient. Very close to supermarkets, cafes and bars on a lovely harbour.

I've stayed in Edinburgh many times, mostly in Leith, but this is the quietest property I've stayed at. It was over the weekend and yet it was still quiet!! And I'm a light sleeper. My bed (the far room) was very comfortable, and the shower was great. My sister said the shower she used for the downstairs bedroom was also very good. It was good having a mini balcony, we got a nice breeze going through the apartment as it was surprisingly hot while we were there. The location is perfect, close to the tram and busses, lots of cafes and pubs about, and mini markets close by. Nothing to do with the property, but we also saw the Northern Lights which was amazing.
