“Wonderful hotel, great location”

All wonderful from start to finish. All staff were very well presented, courteous, professional, polite and personable. Hotel is immaculate in every area and room was beautiful and well equipped in every respect. Location is fantastic, in a lovely crescent in a quiet part of the West end, but literally a few minutes walk from all of the action. Would very highly recommend.

The whole.place was beautiful and was done up superbly for Christmas. There is a really opulent feel to the hotel . The staff were excellent throughout .
