Close to Pollock.Halls to visit daughter at University. Bus stop outside. Room not available before 2 but we were able to.leave bags.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The building location was quiet, near bus stations. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Near a bus stop. So easy to get into the city centre but also a nice scenic walk if you fancy that. The view out the back is nice It was easy to find and access also The room was comfortable and clean. Easy to use heading also.

Beautiful spacious room with plenty of nice touches (tea/coffee, local info, shower gel etc). Easy walk to central Edinburgh. Strongly recommended.
