I liked that it was as described/shown on booking. it is close to a few a bars that were mentioned in different tops on the internet ( we loved The Abbey). It is close enough to not need public transportation to visit main attractions.

The location was key to visiting Edinburgh. There was loads of options for dining and recreation in the vicinity as well as quick and easy access into the city. The room was very very well presented . Was clean, comfortable and well equipped for my overnight stay with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was of a great additional option and was very tasty. I would certainly return here if visiting Edinburgh again.

Amazing little place on Newington Road. There's a bus stop about 100m down the road and it's about a 10-15min bus ride into the city. Really clean room. Bathroom very clean and decent shower. Bed was fairly comfortable and bigger than expected (booked a single, basically got a double) And very friendly and helpful staff
