The location was good, 20 minutes walk from the old town. The bathroom was too dark, there was no good lighting. Towels were changed every day. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, the dining room didn't seem cozy. I recommend going for a coffee and also going for lunch or dinner (you definitely need to book in the evening) at the nearby Palmerston cafe

The good: • Room was clean and tidy • Staff friendly with an easy check in/check out • Location close to city centre and public transport • Quiet and not overly noisy street Could be better: • The sink design was strange with the basin too far away from the tap so resulted in lots of spilled water. • The bedside table was very wobbly and squeaky. • The Smart TV didn’t allow for streaming from a mobile/laptop device.

Location to city centre was just a 10-minute stroll. Local pubs excellent, highly recommend The Ryries pub. The tram to the airport, etc, was literally on the doorstep. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean, beds very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as we prefer to eat local. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel .

The location, it’s not too far from the city centre it is within 20 mins walking distance. The area is quiet and has great cafes and restaurants.
