Guests requiring a late check-in must arrange it directly with the property prior arrival. There is a late check-in fee of GPB 10 per hour.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location, access to transportation, restaurant and supermarkets, parks and nearby places to visit. It’s also in a quiet neighbourhood so that is a plus for us. Price, well no one can beat the price considering it’s proximity to the city centre. Really good one.

Very spacious, accessible if you want to go to the centre or just within Leith. It is also near a grocery store.

Bad no staff on site.Alarm went off someone said it had happened that morning too.room a good size bedding and towels fine water hot and busy stop. Nearby. Hard to find key but I called and someone took me through it very polite.Confused where kettle was meant to plug in.Got low down room as requested.Good for a weekend with my daughter who works in Aberdeen.

Modern room, everything to hand, lovely spacious shower with good toiletries. Plenty coffee/tea etc. excellent large car park at back of hotel.
