Very central location & beautiful views of Edinburgh. Staff were very helpful. The beds were comfy and the room had a large cupboard for storing clothes.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Their assistance to get the luggage to the first level was very much appreciated. The common sitting and bar area was great. Comfortable lounges and chairs looking to the Christmas markets and up to Edinburgh Castle. The restaurant was very nice and enjoyed the food.

Perfect location for the excellent Christmas markets, shops and really good restaurants. Hotel is small, but spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really good quality. The room was a bit dated but comfortable.. would def return.

Excellent team work and service from Cafulin, Bharat, Maria and Haddy. Magnificent views of the lights on Princess Street. Good breakfast selection.

the location was amazing, and the room was perfect. we stayed in 108 and had so much space with a sofa area to relax in. the rooms where cleaned everyday to a high standard and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Central location right on Princes Street easy access to shopping christmas markets historical areas bus & train stations. Buffet breakfast was well prepared and presented with good choice of hot & cold foods. Dining area was bright with attentive staff. All staff were lovely and always greeted visitors with a smile and hello. Comfortable lounge area overlooking Princes Street gardens.

The location is stunning, no doubt about it. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel also has a very lovely interior—so cozy and authentic. The staff is kind and always smiling. All in all, the hotel is really nice, but it’s definitely not worth more than €800, even if it’s located on the main street.
