The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.There is an emergency after hours contact number for emergency cases.In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to contact the management team at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a self check-in.Prior to arrival, a GBP 100 security deposit link sent via email will need to be completed and some form of a photo ID will need to be sent via email.Guests are required to collect their key from the left of the Ocean Apartments reception located on the ground floor of block C at 2 Western Harbour Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.If a booking is made on the day of arrival, the property will contact the guest for additional details related to their stay.A child's high chair and/or a travel cot are available upon request and subject to availability.Please note that bed linen is not provided for cots.Please note that we do not provide a daily cleaning service.A weekly service is only offered for stays of 7 nights and more.Breakfast packs are not available to be added.We reserve the right not to accept any bookings made from guests that reside in an EH postcode and the surrounding areas.Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of GBP 200.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Easy to get into central Edinburgh via the tram and close to food and supermarkets. Staff at ocean apartments were lovely and information for check in and check out detailed and easy to follow.

The property was amazing, we had the top floor apartment which was the executive suite. it was everything you could wish for, spacious, comfortable , great facilities & views to die for, thank you so much to Kay for this upgrade , my mum had such a lovely birthday here!

We were upgraded to an executive apartment on the 7th floor and it was out of this world. They had left us some lovely gifts like wine and chocolates and the decor was beautiful. It was a corner room with views right over to Edinburgh castle and the city and Arthur’s seat in the distance and the waterfront to the side and front. Stunning! Thank you so much.
