The apartment is brand new and kept in tip top condition The owner took the effort to have all the nitty gritty stuff from cups, utensils, cutlery to toilet rolls, trash bags, packing bag, extension plugs, etc to make our stay a carefree one. The parking is right in front of the apartment and provide easy assess to the apartment There is a Tesco supermarket about 10 minutes walk away giving us the convenience to pick up groceries I must say this is the best apartment I have stayed iny years of travelling

Modern, well-appointed apartment on the second floor. Nice sitting area, well-equipped kitchen, two beautiful bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms with great beds and pillows. There's a lift and the apartment has its own parking space. Both building and neighbourhood are very quiet. Supermarket and bus stop to city centre nearby. Possibility to follow a footpath along the Water of Leith all the way to Leith.

It’s a very accessible place and the property has all the things you need. It feels like you don’t want to go out and just stay inside and enjoy the cosy place 😅

It was perfect for me and my daughter, we had our own bedroom and bathroom and it was all comfy and luxury. Great views and great location. It felt quiet and safe and 100% would stay here again when I next come to Edinburgh. Host was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. It felt like a holiday and kitchen well equipped and really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much
