It was a great size room with a nicely sized bathroom, not cramped at all. There were good facilities like laundry and gym. It was in a convenient location. However it wasn’t a well equipped kitchen, with pans that didn’t work on the induction stovetop, the exhaust fan didn’t work and the windows didn’t open fully which made it hard to cook easily. There was no body wash in our shower and we were given little toilet paper which we had to go to the lobby to get more.

The location was lovely, a few minute from the water and only a 10-15 minute walk to the main city. The first night being on the LG level, with a very loud water? Or pipe noise for the entire night. The waning machine didn’t work and the room was alittl dirty. After asking for a room move they were going to put us in the same room next door… After negotiating we were moved and no issues with the noise and the washing machine worked- for the second night.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great location for city centre bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to all the main shops. The check in was easy, friendly staff. The lounge is very nice to walk into. The room we had was excellent, clean, very quiet. Small lounge and kitchen with washing machine and dryer which is ideal if you are staying for a few days. Good sized bedroom, comfortable bed. Nice shower room with walk in shower.

Perfect for our family of 4. Great location meant we could pop back for an afternoon snooze between activities. Quiet for sleeping. WiFi and TV worked well. Staff really friendly and unexpectedly allowed us to check in early when we arrived to drop our bags off around 1pm.

Well placed, in nice New Town, not far from the Castle. Nice apartment for family with two children, though second bed a little narrow. Nice staff, renovated, very comfortable. No parking, but agreement with parking nearby

Thought it could have been cleaned more often and tabs for washing machine or dishwasher replaced more often. It was cleaned twice in 3 weeks.

Good apartment in an excellent location. Beds were comfortable and the flat was very modern. Unfortunately the person sleeping on the sofa bed had no curtains to block out the light, and when decaffeinated coffee was requested we were told they didn't do it.

Great location and staff… you had to walk through the cleaning corridor to get to the room which wasn’t great…. It the room was lovely. The big disappointment is is that you say there is parking on the website and this is disingenuous. It is very limited and very overpriced.

Excellent location for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were stylishly decorated and modern. The TV worked as did the BT speaker. The walk-in shower was big and hot water was plentiful. Full washer/dryer and dishwasher.
