Great base for exploring Edinburgh. Rooms are very dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean room and helpful staff. Easy access to city center with bus and a 20 min walk from Haymarket station. We got there before check-in time and was allowed to get our room so we could leave our bags before going in to the city.

Staff and place was amazing a ten minute bus ride from the city centre and bus was very frequent. Lots of cafes and shops around. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Would definitely return!

Location is very good. 15 min to the centre. Room was clean, host was nice and helpful. He prepared our room earlier, before checkin time.

Room was a tight fit for the three of us but had all the necessary - tea and coffee, toilet and shower, hairdryer, plugs. It was next door to the host's private quarters and to the entrance toilet so it was noisy at times but for the price we couldn't complain. It was around 20 mins walk from the Old Town.
