It was a good location, near shops and facilities and an easy 1.6 km walk to Waverley Station and Royal Mile. The room was very neat with basic amenities and modern bathroom. Coffee and tea facility.

Great location for easy access to the centre, quiet area and nice staff. Comfortable bed, really warm, nice good hot shower and easy check in.

Leith house replenished our coffee and tea daily and we're happy for us to store our bags in the day when we arrived early. The bed was comfortable and we were allowed to come and go as we pleased.
