Reservations that include 31 December must be prepaid. Your credit card will be debited with the full cost of the reservation within 48 hours of booking. A lovely hotel next to an amazing Dome which is now a cocktail bar And def worth a visit. The hotel staff were great especially jasmine who very kindly upgraded us.

The location was excellent and almost everything to see was within easy walking distance. The room was very good with plenty of space and a decent sized en-suite bathroom. The daily cleaning was faultless and the tea / coffee / snack replenishment in the room was appreciated.

perfect location. staff were very friendly and welcoming. rooms were clean and comfortable. loved that the rooms are based on cities around the world. fire alarm went off throughout our stay and we received a lovely phone call from staff apologising for this. beautiful view from the windows of the city. staff decorated our room for a special occasion.

Exceptional room! Great location. Spotless. Room size was huge. There was an issue with my booking (issue was done by booking.com) staff at the hotel were so nice and accommodating as it was neither party fault. They done everything to help and make our stay amazing. Staff are a credit to the hotel. I have told so many about this hotel and I won’t stay elsewhere in Edinburgh after this. Also reasonably priced.
