The room was quite dirty in the sense that the walls were super stained, the armchair in the room as well (we did not even sit on it) and the carpet. Otherwise the bathroom was ok, but with a bad smell. Very good shower, bed and breakfast. Location is super good: tram direct from airport to almost in front of the hotel. Overall a good stay. I believe we will return.

The location is excellent, it is in the heart of the town with close walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is just a few minute’s walk from Edinburgh bus station and particularly ideal for us, as we need to attend a day tour at early hours. The room is large and comfortable.

What a fabulous stay we had! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a junior suite ( which was a pleasant surprise! ). The suite was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the shower ( with all the lovely smellies) was just wonderful. Every staff member we met was very polite and professional. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice. We will definitely book again, when we return to Edinburgh!

The room had all we needed. The bed was very comfy, we slept well. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast good.

We stayed in the family room which was big and plenty room for the 4 of us. The hotel kept our luggage for us as we arrived early and was able to go exploring without our bulky bags. Breakfast was nice, we had the continental. Would stay again.
