The bed was so comfortable. The shower was great. The room was clean and we used the stairs a lot and even that area was pristine. The staff were lovely in the main especially the young girls at breakfast, the bar and reception.

Having stayed with you before in several other locations we knew what to expect and as usual it was excellent. Staff are always professional, friendly and very presentable. Room facilities were perfect and the beds were really comfortable. Love that you offer to supply toothpaste /brushes etc if guest forget to bring them. Lovely touch. We would definitely recommend staying with you.

The location was great for us- we didn’t want to be right in the centre as all reviews had said the hotels were noisy. The tram line was just outside the hotel and really accessible to all the sites. The room size was fine and the staff were lovely.

Great location, hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lucas was the staff member on duty when we arrived for our 4 nights stay. He sorted out a room for us on the ground floor and parking as my husband is disabled. Overall a great experience and would definitely return.
