The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. There was a book corner for the little ones to go and play. They also had an outdoor play area. Perfect for families.

The staff are all lovely. They made the stay extra special. Everyone we spoke to went above and beyond to help us. The room was really cold. And we didn’t like that we couldn’t control the temperature. However, the staff did do everything they could to fix it. The location is pretty good too. Breakfast felt limited but very good value for money overall.

Very friendly staff, Ethan at check in and Sally at breakfast were lovely and really polite and friendly. Cosy and warm beds. Bus to the city straight outside the door and easy to access. A bit steep if in a wheelchair, perhaps not the ideal location if mobility issues. Toasties were tasty and good choices of food for meals and breakfast

Breakfast was great, hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got a welcome kit for our doggy. I would definitely stay here again!

Responsive, friendly staff. We got a discount when we found issues with our room and they couldn't get us another one. Good bus connection to the city, comfy beds, great view, close to a nice nature walk and a shopping centre.

The location was great, the staff was excellent, great food, spacious rooms. It would be good to change the carpet on the floor in the future. It was dirty in both rooms we stayed in.

“Great Value for Money, but A/C and Heating Need Maintenance”

This hotel offers excellent value for money — comfortable rooms, good service, and a convenient location. However, we did experience an issue with the air conditioning and heating system. Although it’s advertised as available in-room, it wasn’t functioning properly. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded very quickly when we reported the issue and even offered to move us to another room. Still, this is a problem that could easily be avoided with proper maintenance and a bit of investment. Fixing the system would significantly improve the overall guest experience. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded our expectations. If they address this one issue, it would be a near-perfect stay.
